About us
Plat4m Two Community Interest Company provides a much loved and valued service for the community.
Platform Two evolved from an idea between friends Alison and Grace, who after both working for a larger charity had decided that they had a passion for bringing retail into charity.
Realising that the smaller local charities don’t have the resources or knowledge, they decided that this is where they would be able to help most of all with fundraising and donations.
Platform Two is a Community Interest Company based on the Fylde Coast.
We are a not for profit organisation.
We support local charities to give them a voice and raise their profile in the community.
We have core values that we deliver every day.
We have over 25 years experience in the retail, charity and customer service sector.
We have excellent work ethics and we support equality and diversity.
We are environmentally aware and friendly.
Our Core Values: VOICE
Our values are at the centre of everything we do every day.
Vision - To create the platform for the lesser known charities, to have a strategic plan for the future. To see the goals ahead and conquer any obstacles.
Openness - To be able to welcome changes within the local community. To be transparent with everything we do.
Initiative - To have the skills to develop and explore new challenges. To implement changes when necessary.
Caring - To respect each other and the environment. To have a duty of care to people supporting local charities that we care about.
Empowering - To give people the opportunity to show their skills. To encourage new ideas and give charities the platform to create new opportunities.
We need your help so we can continue to offer and even expand our service!
Thank you for your support and good luck!
Yours sincerely,
Alison Ramskill
